Aren’t SatNav systems great! Tap in a couple of postcodes, set off, and a calm voice provides all the instructions you need. Your Satnav helps to reduce your travel costs, keeps you on course, and even offers alternative routes when you meet obstacles, or miss your turning.
Your business Journey… You’re on a journey in your business too. You need to plan your route carefully to avoid hazards, congestion, and accidents, and be prepared to deal with the unexpected. Too many businesses miss out on the planning stage, which is one reason why 90% of businesses fail.
Satnav keeps your business on track! SatNav4Business helps you avoid failure, and reach success! Our “touch buttons” give you access to information, guidance, and practical support – fast! Behind the buttons, you’ll find a ‘people company’ with a vast amount of business start-up, business management, strategy, and finance experience and expertise.
Most business owners would make sure that their vehicles, plant, and machinery are serviced regularly, but few consider servicing the business itself. Just like having a support contract for your IT, you can do the same for your business with one of our retainer packages. How much does this cost? Well for most businesses it is like taking your car to a franchised garage but for startups, where we provide a 50% discount for the first six months, it’s like taking your car to an independent garage.
Our Founder – Jeremy Webb
Jeremy worked for 34 years with Barclays, along the way he spent two years on Internal Audit reviewing processes and procedures in branches and other areas having previously spent two years as an Office Manager responsible for Operations and HR in a 25-man branch. The last 20 years were spent as a Corporate Manager, looking after (over time) some 950 customers of all different sizes and sectors, much of that based in Kingston. During that time he was for eight years a Director of Kingston Chamber of Commerce. Success involved understanding the where, when, why, and how of each business and bringing his financial and commercial expertise to leverage their business expertise for mutual benefit. He has been a member of the Kingston Rotary Club since 1990.
After leaving Barclays he was Group HR and Operations Director in a multinational SME group in the IT Services sector before concentrating on working with owner-managed businesses in the areas of business and financial management, business planning, and helping to raise finance. He was Treasurer and a Trustee of Kingston Voluntary Action for 3 years and an accredited Coach with the Business Growth Service until that was closed down. He was a Director of Leatherhead and District Chamber of Commerce from 2015 to 2022 and was President of what is now Mole Valley Chamber in 2019/20.
